Autumn and Keila developed and facilitated program sessions designed to help students build essential life skills, including coping strategies, time management, and self-care practices. These sessions were tailored to prepare students for the transition to college and other post-graduation plans by equipping them with tools to manage stress and anxiety in healthy and effective ways. Through engaging activities and discussions, the programs encouraged students to adopt positive mental health habits and build resilience. The overall goal was to promote well-being and empower students to take proactive steps in maintaining their mental health as they navigate future academic and personal challenges. The IB and early college high school students at Murphy High School learned healthy coping skills, stress management skills, and self-care practices to better take care of their mental and emotional well-being after graduation and entering college.
