The program will address nutrition education, incorporating physical activity, and adhering to current medication. The goal is for participants to understand their current condition and to establish healthy behaviors to prevent it from progressing to a more serious illness. Ultimately, the program will empower the participants to become proactive about their health and improve their quality of life.
