Kennedy is addressing health literacy by creating quick fact sheets to aid in medication education that are being dispensed as part of the prescription assistance program. This will incorporate increased access to care for patients even after they leave the clinic. In addition it will aim to provide empowerment among patients and foster relationships with all those involved throughout the medication procurement/dispensing process.
