Parrissa implemented workshops focused on mindfulness, stress reduction, and personalized self-care planning for postpartum mothers. The program created a supportive space for mothers to reflect on their mental health, share experiences, and learn practical coping strategies. Through grounding techniques and open dialogue, Parrissa emphasized the importance of self-care as a sustainable and essential part of postpartum recovery, particularly for mothers who often prioritize their child’s needs over their own.
