We’re proud to share the 2025 Impact Report, highlighting the meaningful progress we’ve made this year alongside our partners, supporters, and community. From expanding programs to deepening our reach, the report showcases the stories, data, and impact that define our mission. A few highlights:

• 20 graduate students from five universities emerged from our program better equipped to serve our state’s most vulnerable populations in their future health careers.
• Partnering with 14 Alabama nonprofit and community partners, ASF Fellows provided 3,202 hours of service at a value of $97,949* – resulting in new or expanded programs and increased impact.
• In total, Fellows served 1,688 individuals throughout Alabama, increasing health and quality of life for individuals and communities experiencing barriers to care.
