Jocelyn is addressing cardiovascular disease risk factors in African American adults. She will develop and implement educational programs focused on reducing cardiovascular disease risk factors. She will also partner with the church to reactivate the health ministry, which will provide ongoing programming beyond the fellowship period. This project aims to increase health-promoting behaviors, improve resource utilization, and empower individuals to make informed health decisions.
