Kennedy conducted a needs assessment across multiple areas within CGMHS to identify gaps in patient education and access to resources. In response, she developed clear, health literacy–appropriate materials focused on commonly prescribed, error-prone medications, including administration instructions with visual aids. She also created a concise resource guide highlighting key services and contact information available through CGMHS. These materials were designed to improve patient understanding, promote access to care, and strengthen patient-provider relationships.
