Rabab and Holly are working to reduce preventable cervical cancer disparities by equipping underserved women with the knowledge and support needed to access timely prevention and care. They lead a structured educational program focused on HPV, cervical cancer risk, and the importance of routine screening and vaccination. Through interactive sessions, guest speakers, and open discussions, they address common barriers such as low health literacy, mistrust of medical systems, and vaccine hesitancy. In addition to education, they provide individualized navigation support, helping participants identify local resources and develop concrete plans to obtain HPV vaccination, cervical cancer screening, and appropriate follow-up care. By combining education with practical guidance, their project aims to empower participants to engage confidently with the healthcare system and ultimately improve long-term health outcomes.
