2019 Fellows will gather to learn more about advocacy as future health and human service professionals. They will be joined by KA Turner, Editor at al.com, who will teach them about Op Eds as a communication tool for engaging in advocacy. They will also hear from a Fellow for Life whose work as a physician includes not only direct patient care and research but also advocating for policies related to treatment of patients with opioid addiction.
