Recruitment Session: Advice from Fellows

Are you a graduate student looking for a way to address health disparities and social needs? Join us for this virtual session to learn how graduate students in Alabama can serve and learn to be community leaders through the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship. Applications are being accepted for the 2021-22 cohort, which runs from March 2021-April 2022.

A series of sessions are being offered, and applicants are encouraged to attend one or more. Each will include:

  • An overview of the Albert Schweitzer Fellowship program and application process
  • Fellows and alumni sharing their experiences
  • Tips for how to maximize your application
  • Time to answer your questions

On October 14th, our guest hosts will be Larissa Strath (2019-20 Fellow) and Katie Ellison (2020-21 Fellow). They will be discussing how to “Leverage Your Research Knowledge and Goals” to craft a strong application and community partnership.
